Jaworzno Power Plant
The existing power plant has been expanded with a new biomass boiler that is part of the renewable fuel system. The biomass boiler burns biomass and provides power up to 140 thermal MW. Compared with a coal fired unit, the emission into the atmosphere is reduced by 342 thousand ton per year. ROCKWOOL TECHNICAL INSULATION has delivered ProRox Wired Mats with their good thermal and acoustic advantages to insulate this biomass boiler.
