Groningen Seaports - Extension Steam Pipe

The steam pipeline between Eneco Bio Golden Raand and Nouryon (formerly part of AkzoNobel), which was officially put into operation in February 2017, is already being extended with a length of approx. 800m. Through this expansion, EEW will supply the additional steam that it will produce to Nouryon at the Chemie Park Delfzijl. The goal is to save energy by using the spare steam in the production process. ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation has delivered ProRox PS 960 pipe sections for the thermal insulation of the steam pipe.
